1. The service
Buz World is a software tool for inspecting user-supplied HTTPS playlists, browsing their declared structure, and opening supported media. Buz World does not provide a content catalog, subscription, or access to third-party services.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the sources you enter and the content you access. You must have the rights or permission required to use each playlist, link, logo, image, and media item, and you must comply with applicable law and third-party terms.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Buz World to infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful content, interfere with systems, or misrepresent your authority to access a source. Do not use the app to enter credentials in a URL or to attempt access to systems that have not authorized you.
4. Availability and compatibility
Playlist hosts and media servers are operated by third parties selected by the user. Their availability, region rules, formats, redirects, and performance may change independently. Playback depends on the device, iOS version, network, server, and media format.
5. Ownership
Buz World’s name, interface, original artwork, code, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User-supplied playlist metadata and third-party media remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimers
The app and website are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that every third-party source or media format will remain available or compatible. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised when a new version is published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
